- Burnham Exhibit Open at Eklund History Center
- Ongoing until Sept. 15: Burnham’s Backyard focuses on Daniel Burnham and his contribution to the 1909 Plan of Chicago that featured the forest preserves. Included are exhibits on Burnham’s architecture, with artifacts donated by Tim Samuelson, Chicago's cultural historian, items from the 1893 World's Fair and photos and items from the creation of the Skokie Lagoons. - Victorian Bride and Our Family Exhibits Open February 13
- Victorian Bride features an 1894 wedding dress together with Victorian accessories (such as flower bouquets and a wedding cake with staggered levels) and furniture. Also featured is the Our Family exhibit. The first of what will be rotating examples of pictures, artifacts and stories about Glencoe families features the Kurschners, who lived in the Village from the late 1880s until the 1960s.
