- Burnham Exhibit Open at Eklund History Center
- Ongoing until Sept. 15: Burnham’s Backyard focuses on Daniel Burnham and his contribution to the 1909 Plan of Chicago that featured the forest preserves. Included are exhibits on Burnham’s architecture, with artifacts donated by Tim Samuelson, Chicago's cultural historian, items from the 1893 World's Fair and photos and items from the creation of the Skokie Lagoons.
