Have you entered Glencoe’s Amazing Chase yet? Time is running out to form teams for this upcoming local version of television’s The Amazing, sponsored by the Glencoe Historical Society
From 2-4 p.m. April 27, dozens of teams will be sent all over Glencoe to find clues and complete tasks in a scavenger hunt on steroids. Clues written in poetry will bring teams to locations they think they know—but may not have all the details. Ever been to the site where a movie star arrived? How about to where music fills the air? These are the easy ones, folks.
Applications are available at the Glencoe Public Library or the Glencoe Historical Society, 377 Park Ave. Teams should be of between two to six members—families are encouraged to join as a group. No admission fee, refreshments will follow the hunt. Prizes and fun for everyone.
